10 Tips To Cure Acne

“Revealed: How To Cure Your
Acne (Eliminate Your Pimples)
Quickly, Safely, and Naturally…

#1Change Your Pillowcase

 Every Night!

Because when you sleep, your head transfers all of the day’s ingredients (hair spray, tanning lotion, hair gel, wax, etc.) to your pillowcase… which transfers it to your face. There’s also smoke, grease, dirt and other junk on your head… which cause acne – so change your pillowcase every day! (You’ll probably want to have 6-7 pillowcases handy so you don’t have to do laundry every day to get rid of your acne.)

Acne Tip #2 Wash your face with salt water at night time. Salt water is good for cleansing your skin. Do this regularly and watch as your acne disappears!
Acne Tip #3 Don’t pick your pimples or blackheads! Popping your pimples actually increases the production of the chemical sebum, which is what your pimples are made of. Plus, you are rupturing membranes which can spread and leave scars. So it’s best to leave pimples alone, or use a good acne cream.
Acne Tip #4 Prevent Acne and take a good multivitamin! Acne is a symptom that your body doesn’t have enough vitamins and minerals to maintain optimum health.
Acne Tip #5 Keep your hands washed! Your hands are full of germs and oils. If you touch your face, you’ll transfer those chemicals which can lead to clogged pores and more acne. A good tip is to carry around a bottle of anti-bacterial hand gel.
Acne Tip #6 Drink water! Water is the most important thing your body needs to maintain health. It is also very important for your skin. It helps clean your pores and eliminate toxins – so by all means, drink at least 8 tall glasses of water every day! Also, avoid drinking caffeine. There are no positive health benefits in this drug – it screws up your body (we think it will be banned someday). I’ve been off caffeine for 5 years now, and I have much more energy because of it!
Acne Tip #7 Eat healthy! Another factor in acne treatment is eating a healthy diet. Fatty foods add oils to your body that increase the amount of oils and toxins your body tries to get rid of through your skin. This leads to buildup and acne. You will also live longer, feel healthier, and save money by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables instead of junk food. Be sure to eliminate trans-fats from your diets, too, which are found in margarine and other oils (butter is much healthier for you than “fake butter”).
Acne Tip #8 Shower daily! Most people already take a shower every day, but it’s important to be reminded of this. Also, be sure to shower after you sweat
Acne Tip #9 Wear breathable clothing! If you get acne on your body besides your face, be sure to wear clothing that can breathe! Upper arms are a common place for acne, and it’s caused by wearing t-shirts that don’t “breathe” well…. Cotton clothing breathes very well, and will help you treat your acne and get rid of pimples.
Acne Tip #10 Go to the beach and get some sunlight! UV rays (in moderation) are good for your skin, and for your hormone levels – your body will feel better after being in the sun! Also, you can get some saltwater if you take a dip in the ocean. Tip: Avoid using high protection sunscreen as it is greasy and clogs your pores, causing acne.

I’ve not seen one single website dedicated to acne prevention recommend African black soap as one of the most natural anticeptic soaps, and great for acne skins, or any sensitive skin.

African black soap contains no chemicals so, it leaves no residues on the skin, does not irritate it, it’s naturally moisturizing, and leaves the skin sqweeky clean
