    I have eliminated most problems with arthritis for the last 8 – 10 years by using fresh juices. I use a base of carrot juice mixed with jalapeno peppers and ginger. The jalapenos are hot, so as soon as the pain starts to go so do the peppers, then I cut back on ginger to a maintanence level. It takes a week to 10 days to see major improvements, my creaky knees quit popping, the pain in my joints goes away, etc. The only problem is that after a few months of no pain, no symptoms a person gets tired of spending the time juicing and quits, then over time it comes right back. Don’t know how it really works, but there is nothing as effective in the alopathic nor natural toolkit.

    Malt and Codliver Oil taken every day is very healthy and marvelous for arthritis

    After two years of knee joint pain a nutritionist recommended taking 2, 1000mg capsules of omega3. I keep the bottle in the freezer and take them every morning. Keeping the fish oil capsule frozen prevents reflux and after one month my knees became pain free. It’s an added benefit for my heart as well.
