Halitosis, or bad breath, is cause for concern of millions of people.
The last thing anyone wants is to hear someone talking behind their back, gasping at how foul their breath smells.
Some people won’t go near others simply because of their breath.
So, is mouthwash all you need?
In fact, using mouthwash too much can make your breath smell WORSE in the long run!
What about brushing and flossing regularly? That helps, but for people with chronic bad breath, there are other things you need to do.
One thing to consider is a tongue scraper. This will scrape off the bacteria from your tongue, which plays a large part in creating the foul smell in your mouth.
Another remedy to try is chewing gum… but that usually isn’t enough. And, you need to know the right kind of gum to chew, otherwise it will make your breath stink worse
