Urinary Infection Cure – Choosing Antibiotics or a U.T.I. Natural Remedy for Treatment?

So what is the best urinary infection cure? Most people choose antibiotics because of convenience and doctor’s orders. However, millions of patients are now choosing simple urinary tract infection natural remedies that seem to have the same results but are healthier than antibiotics.

If you are suffering from a urinary infection or continually suffer from repeat infections, this may be the most important information you read all year.

Why You May Suffer from a Continuous Infection

Did you know that over 25% of urinary tract infections are repeat infections? In other words, the traditional treatment of antibiotics is NOT working. And doctors have come to accept the flaw in their treatment.

In fact, if you search around on the internet, you will see that millions of people suffer monthly from repeat infections. It has come part of life for many people. And many researchers are thinking that the problem lies in antibiotics.

Fact! Did you know that antibiotics work by killing bacteria both good and bad? Your body is permeated with bacteria that is helpful and harmful. Usually a strong immune system will do the trick. However, if your bacteria is off balanced (more bad than good), your body will suffer.

Because U.T.I. antibiotics kill all bacteria that stand in its way, many patients will think they are cured but months later will suffer from another infection.

Fortunately, natural health researchers claim that simple natural remedies could be the key to the urinary infection cure.

Why You Should Choose a Urinary Tract Infection Natural Treatment

Research everywhere is showing something magnificent about the body. It works together!

Though the body may have many systems, they all work together. If you have been paying close attention to the news, you will notice that foot research is showing that the health of your feet helps or hinders the whole body.

In the same way, everything you consume and do for your body also can help or hinder your body. In other words, there are now well over 20 different ways you may be able to cure and prevent urinary tract infections right from home by using your body to treat the infection. And they are probably more healthy and effective than antibiotics.

Tips to Cure Your Urinary Infection

The first tip involves your diet or nutrition plan. Because acidic foods typically make your symptoms worse, we recommend eliminating certain foods from your diet in the first 24 hours of your treatment. Here is a list of foods you should avoid: coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, guava, oranges, pineapple, strawberries, tomatoes, red wine, carbonate beverages, chicken livers, corned beef, chicken, steak, corn, eggs and sour cream.

On the other hand, here are foods that have been shown to restore a healthy pH level to your urinary tract. We recommend these foods in the first 24 hours of your treatment: kale, spinach, potatoes, yams, zucchini, carrots, squash, onions, mineral water, broccoli, eggplant, green beans, avocado, grapes, pears, and apples.

You may always wish to keep eating a high fiber diet that is properly balanced. Therefore, eat at least 5-7 fruits or vegetables a day and also try to stay with whole grains.

Finally, you may also wish to supplement Vitamin C and zinc for a quick immunity boost. A healthy immune system is important to fighting off the bacteria that is causing the infection.

  1. Carol says:

Need to find a good treatment for my Alzheimer patient mother who is on a catheter due to the fact she has large bed sore on her lower back where drainage from urine will hit if she doesn’t have a catheter. She’s not responding to antibiotics and I’m desperate to help her. We’re giving her remedies but she’s on a feeding tube with a pre-biotic formula and high fiber. Help!

  2. Have you tried the following????

    1. There is no substitute for a well hydrated body. With that said, you may keep your bacteria balanced and your body flushed with drinking plenty of water over a few weeks. You should be drinking at least 10 tall glasses of water daily.

    2. You should also boost your immune system immediately. We recommend a vitamin C (ascorbic acid) supplement along with a zinc supplement. You should take this at least twice a day.

    3. You may also wish to make a parsley tea which can be done with dried parsley leaves or fresh leaves. Parsley provides the urinary system with apiol which is a volatile oil that acts as a urinary tract antiseptic.

    4. Your diet is also paramount in fighting urinary infections. You should consider a high water soluble fiber diet that incorporates many fresh fruits and vegetables. These will help flush your infection and bacteria (including E coli).
